Specifically, plaintiffs claim that the company represents that the supplements will provide a variety of health benefits – such as promoting a healthy immune system, helping to build lean muscles and speed recovery time, promoting healthy flexible joints, and enhancing sexual performance – without scientific evidence to support such claims.
