December 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Eagle Eye Marketing Group, Inc. for, among other things, allegedly deceptively marketing Hydro Mousse (a liquid lawn seeder) as a “quick and easy” way to grow grass when, in reality, it does not perform as advertised.
