March 2016: The named plaintiff voluntarily dismissed this action When a complaint is dismissed without prejudice, an amended version of the complaint can be refiled.. The reasons for the dismissal have not yet been disclosed.
December 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Eagle Eye Marketing Group, Inc. for, among other things, allegedly deceptively marketing Hydro Mousse (a liquid lawn seeder) as a “quick and easy” way to grow grass when, in reality, it does not perform as advertised. (Tiefenbrun et al v. Eagle Eye Marketing Group, Inc., Case No. 15-cv-2842, S. D. CA.)
