November 2018: A federal judge denied the company’s motion to compel arbitration finding that players were not given sufficient notice of the arbitration provision in the Terms of Use.
April 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Huuuge, Inc. for allegedly misleadingly representing that its Huuuge Casino games are free to play when, according to the plaintiffs, players need chips to play the games and, after they use all of the free chips given to first-time visitors, they need to purchase more chips to continue playing.
