Since October 2025, multiple class-action lawsuits have been filed alleging that Huel fails to disclose that its Black Edition products contain, or are at risk of containing, dangerous heavy metals, including lead. Some of the lawsuits also allege that the company falsely markets products as safe, healthy, and “rigorously tested.” More information on each lawsuit is below.
