
Workado Settles FTC Complaint Challenging AI Detection Claims
FTC alleged company vastly overstated the accuracy of its AI Content Detector tool.
In August 2016, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Honey Stinger for allegedly falsely advertising Honey Stinger Gluten Free Organic Maple Waffles as containing maple syrup when they do not. (Johnson et al v. EN-R-G Foods, LLC d/b/a Honey Stinger, EN-R-G Holdings, Inc., and Does 1-5, Case No. 16-cv-6258, C. D. CA.)
