December 2013: A class-action lawsuit was filed against GoPro, a manufacturer of video recording devices, alleging, among other things, that the Hero3 video camera does not work as advertised. According to the plaintiffs, the company advertises that someone may continuously record video by overwriting the oldest data on the memory card using the looping feature when, according to the complaint, the camera stops recording as soon as the memory card is full.
