October 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Pinnacle Foods for allegedly falsely marketing Hawaiian Kettle Style Potato Chips as being made in Hawaii from local ingredients when, according to the complaint, the chips are made in Washington state and no local ingredients are used to make them.
