June 2015:class-action lawsuit was filed against Grindr LLC for allegedly deceptively marketing its online dating service without adequately disclosing important information, including that consumers have the right to cancel their contract. (Howell et al v. Grindr LLC, Case No. 15-cv-1337, S. D. CA.)
