In July 2017, a class-action lawsuit was filed against iPlay for allegedly falsely marketing Green Sprout Cooling Teethers as being “BPA free” when, according to plaintiffs, the teethers contain BPA (a toxic synthetic compound used in plastics.) (Spearman et al v. iPlay., Inc., Case No. 17-cv-1563, E. D. CA.)
