November 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Goya Foods for allegedly falsely marketing GOYA® Salsa Picante Hot Sauce as “All Natural” when it actually contains non-natural, chemically processed ingredients. (Tsvettsikh et al v. Goya Foods, Inc., Case No. 15-cv-6556, E. D. NY.)
