Goddess Vaginal Detox Pearls
“You don’t need to detox … anything at all,” says an OB/GYN commenting on company’s outlandish claims.
In February 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Goddess Detox for allegedly falsely marketing Goddess Vaginal Detox Pearls as a “Holistic Herbal Vaginal Cleanse” that promotes overall womb and vaginal health, promotes fertility, detoxes ex-lovers, regulates and decreases pain from menstrual cycles, and increases libido, among other things, when, according to plaintiffs, the product is not safe and cannot provide the advertised benefits. Plaintiffs also claim that the company makes claims without appropriate FDA approval. (Weiss et al v. Goddess Detox, Inc., Case No. 102929557, Florida State Court – Broward County)
