Full Circle Market Vanilla Almondmilk
In December 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Topco Associates for allegedly misleadingly marketing that Full Circle Market Vanilla Almondmilk is made with vanilla when, according to plaintiffs, the ingredients list does not list vanilla and shows that the product contains unspecified “Natural Flavors.” (Cummings et al v. Topco Associates, LLC, Case No. 19-cv-11104, S. D. NY.)
