The complaint alleges that Fruit Bliss intentionally packages its Fruit Bliss Organic fruit products in opaque containers that contain approximately 50% empty space, and that the plaintiff even purchased a container of Fruit Bliss Organic Deglet Nour Dates that had nearly 80% empty space.
