November 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Five Pawns, Inc. (a manufacturer of e-liquids for electronic cigarettes) for, among other things, allegedly failing to adequately disclose important information about its e-liquids, including that they contain harmful ingredients. (Greene et al v. Five Pawns, Inc., Case No. 15-cv-1859, C. D. CA.)
