Fifth Generation’s Tito’s Handmade Vodka

September 2015: The named plaintiff voluntarily dismissed this action When a complaint is dismissed without prejudice, an amended version of the complaint can be refiled., the reasons for which have not been disclosed.

August 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Fifth Generation for allegedly misleadingly marketing Tito’s Handmade Vodka as “Handmade” and “Crafted in an Old Fashioned Pot Still by America’s Original Microdistillery” when, in reality, it is manufactured using machines in an industrial facility. (Wilson et al v. Fifth Generation, Inc., Case No. 15-cv-561, M. D. AL.)
