In October 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Casper’s Ice Cream for allegedly falsely advertising that Fat Boy Ice Creams contain vanilla when, according to the complaint, the ingredients list does not include vanilla and instead lists that the ice creams contain unspecified “Natural Flavor.” (Rogers et al v. Casper’s Ice Cream Inc., Case No. 19-cv-6064, E. D. NY.)
