Envision Credit Union’s Overdraft Fees

In August 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Envision Credit Union for allegedly deceptively promising that it only charges overdraft fees if accounts do not have enough money in them to cover transactions when, according to the complaint, the credit union charges overdraft fees even though accounts have enough funds to cover transactions. (Daniels et al v. Envision Credit Union, Case No. 18-cv-404, N.D. Fla.)
