April 2013: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Vitalize Labs, LLC for deceptively marketing its EBOOST as a “naturally flavored effervescent vitamin supplement” that delivers energy with a “boost” of “immunity.” According to the complaint, the company’s immunity boost claims are false and unsupported.
