Allegations: Misleadingly marketing products as healthy
In December 2016, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Dole Packaged Foods for allegedly misleadingly representing snack foods – including its Fruit & Oatmeal, Parfait, and Mixations – are healthy when they actually contain substantial amounts of sugar.
