Discounts on Closets by Design Home Organizer Systems
In May 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Closets by Design for allegedly deceptively advertising discounts on home organizer systems. Specifically, plaintiffs claim that the company misleadingly offers 40% and $200 discounts off of reference prices when, according to the complaint, the organizer systems were never sold for the reference prices and the discounted prices were actually the regular prices. (Grevle et al v. Closets by Design, Inc. et al, Case No. 19-cv-3881, C. D. CA.)
