August 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against PVH Retail Stores for allegedly deceptively marketing the prices of items sold at Tommy Hilfiger outlet stores to make customers believe that the outlet prices have been significantly reduced by comparing outlet store prices to fake “Tagged Prices.” (Venieris et al v. PVH Retail Stores, LLC d/b/a Tommy Hilfiger, Case No. CV2018-005427, Arizona State Court – Maricopa County)
