Allegations: Falsely advertising discounts and failing to adequately disclose that products are made specifically to be sold at its outlet stores
In May 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Cole Haan, LLC for allegedly making consumers believe they are getting a significant discount off products sold at its outlet stores by deceptively advertising a discount off of artificially inflated “original” prices. (Adams et al v. Cole Haan, LLC, Case No. 20-cv-913, C.D. Cal.)
