October 2018: A state court judge preliminarily approved a settlement agreement that provides class members with a $6.50 merchandise certificate to use toward the future purchase of one item. June 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against PVH Corp. for allegedly falsely marketing that the items sold at Van Heusen outlets are significantly discounted by comparing the outlet’s price to an inflated “retail price” that does not reflect a price at which the items have been sold.
