FTC Takes Decisive Action Against Amway
Agency alleges MLM misled recruits about earnings, pressured distributors to buy products and encouraged fake retail sales.
A false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against Dashub, LLC in September 2018. According to the complaint, Dashub is a licensed automobile dealer that places bids on vehicles at auction on behalf of consumers, who are not permitted to place bids.
