A false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against Dashub, LLC in September 2018. According to the complaint, Dashub is a licensed automobile dealer that places bids on vehicles at auction on behalf of consumers, who are not permitted to place bids. (Ounis et al v. Dashub, LLC, Case No. 18-cv-5064, E.D.N.Y.)
