Crayola Washable Colored Bubbles

An August 2012 settlement has been reached in this class action, which alleged Crayola falsely labeled and advertised its 2011 colored bubbles as washable when, in fact, they permanently stained clothing and property. Note: Crayola reformulated colored bubbles in 2012 and relabeled packaging that no longer describes the bubbles as “washable.”
