Cost of an Oil Change at Havoline Xpress Lube
A class-action lawsuit was filed against Havoline Xpress Lube in November 2017 (and amended in February 2018) for, among other things, allegedly advertising low cost oil changes without adequately disclosing that additional waste disposal and shop supply fees will also be charged. In addition, plaintiffs claim that the center represents that the disposal fee is a governmental charge when it is not and charges a fictitious shop supply fee when no shop supplies are used during a typical oil change.
