In August 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Ignite USA for allegedly failing to adequately disclose that the spouts on Contigo® Kids Cleanable Water Bottles may detach from the bottles and are choking hazard to children. (Mirza et al v. Ignite USA, LLC, Case No. 19-cv-5836, N. D. IL.)
