Charlotte’s Web’s Hemp Infused Cream
In January 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Charlotte’s Web Holdings alleging that its Soothing Scent Hemp Infused Cream and Unscented Hemp Infused Cream contain less hemp extract than advertised. (Benson et al v. Charlotte’s Web Holdings, Inc., Case No. 20-cv-418, N. D. Ill.)
