Cento San Marzano Tomatoes
Multiple class-action lawsuits have been filed alleging that Cento Fine Foods misleadingly labels its canned tomatoes as “Certified San Marzano” when the tomatoes are not San Marzano tomatoes and have not been certified by the Consortium of San Marzano Tomato, the agency with the authority to certify San Marzano tomatoes.
