February 2016: The named plaintiff voluntarily dismissed this action. The reasons for the dismissal have not yet been disclosed.

January 2016: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Cellucor and Nutrabolt for, among other things, allegedly falsely marketing Cellucor dietary supplements – including Alpha Amino: Performance Aminos, NO3 Chrome: Nitric Oxide Pump Amplifier, CN3: Strength & Pump Amplifier, and C4: Pre-Workout Explosive – as able to increase strength, endurance, muscle mass, and overall performance, as well as able to be better absorbed by the body, without scientific evidence to support such claims.
