2018: A false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against Cameron’s Coffee and Distribution Company for allegedly misleadingly marketing its Cameron’s Coffee BetterBrew Eco Coffee Pods as being 100% compostable, environmentally friendly, and generating less waste when, according to the complaint, the pods are only compostable in commercial composting facilities.
