July 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against California Natural Living for allegedly falsely marketing that its California Baby Natural Bug Blend Bug Repellent “repels mosquitoes” when, according to the complaint, scientific evidence shows that the bug repellent does not repel two species of mosquitoes (Aedes mosquitoes and Culex mosquitoes). (Rosillo et al v. California Natural Living, Inc., Case No. 18-cv-1493, C. D. CA.)
