Cali Bamboo Flooring
In August 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Cali Bamboo for allegedly misleadingly marketing that its bamboo flooring is durable, meets industry standards, and lasts for 50 years when, according to plaintiffs, the flooring prematurely cracks, splits, warps, and shrinks and does not last 50 years.
