March 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Bump Boxes, Inc. – a company that offers subscriptions for monthly pregnancy gifts – for allegedly failing to adequately disclose the terms of its automatic renewal and continuous service offers and, as a result, charging consumers without their consent.
