October 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Little Kids, Inc. for allegedly misleadingly marketing Bubblin’ Buckets as a “no-spill” toy bubble bucket when Bubblin’ Buckets actually have a “very strong tendency to spill.” (Huzarsky et al v. Little Kids, Inc., Case No. 15-cv-13613, D. MA.)
