January 2018: A false advertising class-action lawsuit alleging that Nature’s Path Foods misleadingly uses You know when you buy a big bag of chips, and you’re all psyched for a feast, and then it turns out there are like, three chips in the bag? That bag is slack filled.ed boxes for its Nature’s Path Organic Cereals was filed. Specifically, the complaint, which was originally filed in January 2018 and amended in March 2018, alleges that boxes of Nature’s Path Organic cereals contain approximately 40% empty space. (White et al v. Nature’s Path Foods USA, Inc. et al, Case No. 18-cv-13, C.D. Cal.)
