June 2014: A class-action lawsuit against Robert Bosch LLC and Robert Bosch GmbH was filed (and amended in September 2014) alleging, among other things, that the companies falsely market spark plugs. Specifically, the companies allegedly falsely market and advertise “Platinum Series” spark plugs as having a platinum center electrode when, according to the complaint, they do not have a platinum center electrode.
