June 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against GSK Consumer Health, Inc. for allegedly falsely marketing Benefiber Original Prebiotic Powder and Benefiber Healthy Shape Prebiotic Powder as “100% Natural” when, according to plaintiffs, the supplements contain a non-natural, synthetic ingredient.
