In February 2015, a class-action lawsuit was filed against YZ Enterprises, Inc. for allegedly falsely labeling its Almondina Toastees as “all natural” when they actually contain a synthetic chemical. (Thornton et al v. YZ Enterprises, Inc., Case No. 1522-CC00482, Circuit Court of City of St. Louis, State of Missouri).
