The lawsuit asserts that Adidas makes various false health claims about the shoes and fails to warn consumers that the decreased padding and structural differences of the adiPure compared to traditional running shoes can lead to injury. (Rocco, et al. v. Adidas America, Inc., Case No. 12-cv-3015, E.D.N.Y.)
