March 2015: This action was voluntarily dismissed When a complaint is dismissed without prejudice, an amended version of the complaint can be refiled.. The reasons for the dismissal have not been disclosed.

February 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against the American Automobile Association (AAA) for, among other things, allegedly failing to adequately disclose the terms of the automatic renewal offer or continuous service offer. According to the complaint, the failure to clearly state these terms allows the company to deceptively charge consumers without their consent. (Gee et al v. American Automobile Association, Case No. 15-cv-0246, S. D. CA.).
