July 2014: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Conopco, Inc. for allegedly misleadingly labeling Breyer’s Ice Cream products as “all natural” when they actually contain unnatural ingredients. (Jefferson v. Conopco, Inc., Case No. L-7025-14, Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County).
