TINA.org investigated Kerber USA Inc.’s marketing of SunPowerLED photobiomodulation (PBM) light devices and found that it is improperly using FDA, CDC, VA, ADA and JAMA logos in violation of agency and organization policies and regulations, as well as making false and misleading statements suggesting that the agencies endorse SunPowerLED products or related PBM therapy.

Due to Kerber USA Inc.’s failure to removed the problematic logos and statements from marketing materials, TINA.org sends letters to the Food and Drug Administration, the Department of Health & Human Services, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Journal of the American Medical Association and the American Dental Association.

TINA.org sends a warning letter to Kerber USA Inc. informing it of TINA.org’s findings and urging it to remove the improperly used logos from its marketing materials and cease all statements falsely implying endorsements by the referenced agencies and organizations.
