FatBoy Ice Cream Sandwiches

The packaging of FatBoy Cookies ‘n Cream ice cream sandwiches shows chocolate chunks embedded in the ice cream. The actual ice cream sandwich? Not so much:

Suffice to say, this was not what the consumer who alerted us to the misleading packaging was expecting when he purchased the COOKIES ‘n cream ice cream sandwiches.

In response to a request for comment, a FatBoy spokesperson said:

The photo of our Cookies ‘n Cream ice cream sandwich does not show chocolate chunks, it shows ground cookie pieces, which are normally included in our product.
